Committed to its philosophy of always putting its customers first, Toyota Pakistan has introduced Extended Warranty packages till 5 years for its valued customers. The additional 2 years of warranty Extension in addition to 3 years/100,000 KMs (whichever comes first) of built-in warranty will allow you to drive hassle-free and with complete “Peace of Mind”.

What is covered?
Toyota warrants that it will either repair or replace any part that Toyota supplies that is defective in material or workmanship** under normal use (except those items listed under “What is Not Covered”) for an additional period as per following:

PREMIUM EXTENDED WARRANTY
For those customers who often take long road trips and go through 100,000 KMs (with in 3 years period) of Built in Warranty. This will provide warranty extension with added years and miles with complete parts coverage.
12 months/20,000 KMs* and 24 months/40,000 KMs* post expiry of vehicle’s built-in warranty period of 36 months/100,000 KMs*

COMPREHENSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTY
For all those customers who do not consume 100,000 KMs (with in 3 years period) of Built in Warranty but want a Warranty extension for further Peace of Mind. This will give added years with the same mileage of 100,000 KMs and complete parts coverage as in Built-in warranty.

BASIC LIMITED EXTENDED WARRANTY
For all those customers who do not consume 100,000 KMs (with in 3 years period) of Built in Warranty but want a Warranty extension with added years with the same mileage of 100,000 KMs but with Limited parts coverage (this includes engine and transmission trail parts only).
Limited warranty of 12 months* and 24 months* upto 100,000 KMs, post expiry of vehicle’s built-in warranty period of 36 months/100,000 KMs
What is not covered?
- Tyres, battery, surface rust, and paint damages are not covered in Extended Warranty.
- Repairs and adjustments required as a result of misuse (e.g., racing, overloading), negligence, modification, alteration, tampering, disconnection, improper adjustments or repairs, accident and use of add-on parts/material are not covered.
- Cosmetic or surface corrosion from stone chips or scratches in the paint.
- Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fall-out (chemicals, tree sap, etc.), road salt, hail, windstorms, lightning, floods, other acts of God.
- Repairs and adjustments caused by improper maintenance, lack of required maintenance, or use of fluids other than the fluids specified in your owner’s manual.
- Vehicle periodic maintenance including but not limited to lubrication, cleaning, polishing, replacement of filters, coolant, spark plugs, fuses etc. are not covered.
- Normal noise, vibration, wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation or blur.
- Failure of a vehicle on which odometer mileage has been altered or changed so that vehicle mileage cannot be readily ascertained.
Vehicle owner’s responsibilities
Premium Extended Warranty
You are responsible for delivering your vehicle to any Toyota Authorized 3S Dealership in Pakistan in order to obtain warranty service.
Maintenance Records
Responsible for keeping maintenance records since it may be necessary in some instances for you to show that the required maintenance has been performed.
Maintenance
You are responsible for properly operating, maintaining, and caring for your Toyota vehicle in accordance with the instructions contained in your Owner’s Manual. If your vehicle is subject to use under severe driving conditions, you should follow the maintenance requirements specified accordingly in your Owner’s Manual.
Note: In the absence of maintaining vehicle from Toyota Authorized Dealership, vehicle’s Extended Warranty may get void.
